M4A4 | Asiimov : $280.03
Although the M4A4 was the first one that was introduced to the world of Counter-Strike with the implementation in the December 18th, 2013 “Winter Offensive” update, it was the second Asiimov skin the creator worked on, with the first being the AWP! The iconic and sleek futuristic design of this finish really shines through with the M4A4. This is elevated thanks to the black handle, which makes the orange color pop even more! It is easy to understand how these skins could get to the level of recognizability they are today.

AWP | Asiimov : $117.14
Shortly after the success of the M4A4, Valve decided to add the AWP Asiimov on February 20th, 2014 with Operation Phoenix and its Operation Phoenix case. This marked the start of an iconic age for this very popular skin family. Within 2 months the Asiimov skins were already dominating many of the early and original Counter-Strike loadouts, and there were still plenty to come. This was also thanks to their unique colour pellet and variations. If there was a skin to really set the tone for the legacy of the Asiimov skins in Counter-Strike history, it definitely was this AWP. It was also one of the first skins in Counter-Strike’s history, that was very popular to get in Battle-Scarred, as the AWP | Asiimov’s scope turned black if you had a float higher than >0.97.

P90 | Asiimov : $233.55
While this skin family was mostly used on Rifles, or the “main weapons” that people use in Counter-Strike, the P90 was there to bring fresh air to this finish and the world of P90 skins. As of writing this article, there are still only two Covert P90 skins, with the iconic Asiimov taking one of these spots. The workshop page was posted in December 2013, and as the creator Coridium said, “[The P90 was] probably the most requested weapon from people that have commented”.

P250 | Asiimov : $41.55
From the whole skin family, except for the last skin we feature, this is probably the most overlooked skin of the bunch. Being on a pistol, and not a main rifle or gun, a lot of players overlook the P250 Asiimov, even though it was introduced in 2016, making it a fairly old skin by now. The P250 also features mostly black, which might be the reason people tend to overlook it, as they associate the Asiimov skins more with a range of white and orange. While most Asiimov skins are covert, meaning “red” rarity skins, the P250 is a “Classified” Pistol skin.

AK-47 | Asiimov : $409.79
With the Dangerzone update we finally got the Asiimov skins back on track with main rifles, now with the T-side and one if not the most beloved weapons of CS2, the AK-47! Featuring a mostly white top with a very clean black magazine, this gun was made to thrive in the lab testing area that was the Dangerzone battle royale. There are quite a lot of cool crafts with it, which you can take a look at in our Database.

Tec-9 | Isaac : $15.29
You might wonder what a skin not even named Asiimov is doing in this article? Well, Valve renamed it from its Workshop submission, which was also named Asiimov! This is most likely due to the skin not sharing the common colour palette of orange, white and black, but rather donning a combination of red and black. If you look at the skin, the style looks exactly like the Asiimov-skins, being only divided in colour and name, but sharing the same pattern as its more iconic family members.

How many Asiimov skins are there in CS2?
As we saw in this article, there are 5 Asiimov skins in CS2, but well, as you know now, there is technically one more skin, the Tec-9 | Isaac, which was made with the same pattern and style, but with a different color pellet and name. But there are, as of 2025, 5 Asiimov skins in the game!
Conclusion
Thank you for reading our article highlighting all (and, we mean ALL) of the existing Asiimov skins in Counter-Strike! We can only hope that Cordium remakes some of his skin collection for CS2, as we are still missing the M4A1-S in this iconic skin variant!
