HellRaisers - Latest performance & results
HellRaisers is a traditional team from the CIS region, which already played in the 2014 Major. For some time, the organization played quite successfully at the top of the world, but is currently clearly considered a tier-2 team. Due to a lack of success, the organization decided to cut its entire lineup at the beginning of 2020 and singed four new players.
The last weeks and months were quite good for HellRaisers and the team also won three matches in a row at the Vulkan Fight Series. After the team was victorious on the first matchday against Project X with 2:0, they had problems in the next match with Espada on Dust2, but finally won with 2:1 in Maps. The third win against MBAPPEEK thus fixed their advancement to the playoffs.
In the match between HellRaisers and ex-ETHEREAL the team is the clear favorite. Individually, all players show up and IGL jR managed to bring the whole team together in the strategies and form a functioning unit. It is to be expected that HellRaisers will come back stronger from the players' break.
ex-ETHEREAL - Latest performance & results
The Russian lineup "ex-ETHEREAL" was dismissed by Ethereal at the beginning of November and is looking for a new organization. The lineup is currently playing in numerous Tier-2 events. For example, at the Nine to Five 7, the team finished 5-8th and had numerous wins.
Advancing to the playoffs at the Vulcan Fight Series can also be credited as a success. A win in the opening match against 9INE was followed by two close losses against Nexus and Budapest Five. Thus, the team had their back against the wall and could not afford any more defeats.
With 2:0 victories against VP.Prodigy and Lyngby Vikings on the last two match days, ex-ETHEREAL finally managed to advance. In the match against HellRaisers, however, they are clear underdogs given the odds.
HellRaisers vs. ex-ETHEREAL - Map-Veto prediction
While HellRaisers has no fixed ban, ex-ETHEREAL decides against Vertigo by default. The tip on maps between the two teams is Dust2 and Mirage. As a decider Train would be well conceivable.
HellRaisers vs. ex-ETHEREAL - Prediction
