SG.pro - Latest performance & results
SG.pro is a Russian organization that has been actively participating in the B- and C-tier scene since mid-2019. Prior to the Vulkan Fight Series, the team mostly participated in the Nine to Five tournament series and made it to the main tournament in the sixth edition. A loss to Espada in the seventh match ultimately sealed the ninth place finish.
The appearance at the Vulkan Fight Series has not been very successful so far, just like the qualification for the Nine to Five 7. The Russian team won only one of their last seven games. Bad omens for the matchup with Winstrike. Between SG.pro and Winstrike, the odds favor the team around IGL NickelBack quite clearly.
EPG Family - Latest performance & results
Like their competitors, Winstrike is also a Russian organization. The team regularly participates in A-tier tournaments and tries to come close to the top-50. The reason why Winstrike is known to pretty much every CS:GO fan is because the team managed to qualify for the 2018 Boston Major, when NAVI's current IGL, Boombl4, was still playing for the Russian team.
The last weeks didn't go that bad for the team, only at the Vulkan Fight Series Winstrike showed weak performances so far. Defeats against NAVI Junior and VP.Prodigy have been recorded until now and a victory in the duel with SG.pro is almost necessary. Last week, the team even managed a minor success with a win at the ESEA MDL Season 35 Relegation.
