The PGL Major sale (officially) started! Although the official social media channels of PGL didn´t announce the sale yet the tickets are purchasable here: https://www.teleticketservice.com/en/event/pgl-antwerp-major-thursday-6b4dd2d4
Although the buying experience was not the best as a non-Belgian person, everything seems to work out fine in the end!
Further Information
Although the sale is not officially confirmed by PGL everything seems to be legit. Also the official Sportpaleis Antwerpen page offers tickets for sale:
https://www.sportpaleis.be/en/event/pgl-antwerp-major-thursday-6b4dd2d4! The ticket sale itself seems to always go through the link above. I myself already purchased tickets for the event and can't wait to finally visit a Major in person!
