Upcoming events in the ESL Pro League
While Heroic, Complexity and FunPlus Phoenix already qualified for the playoffs in group A, group B will enter the decisive phase tomorrow. Except for Mousesports, all teams theoretically still have a chance to reach one of the first three places and the associated promotion to the playoffs.
So far, none of the teams has really been able to stand out. G2, NiP, Vitality and ENCE all have six points and thus won two of their first three games. On the second last place currently stands FaZe Clan. The team around karrigan would have to win both remaining games against G2 and ENCE.
Tomorrow's match day
As already briefly mentioned, FaZe and G2 will face each other tomorrow. While the mixed team around NiKo, which started strongly, would come a big step closer to the playoffs with a win, FaZe plays for elimination. In the second game of the day NiP and mousesports face each other.
While the ESL Pro League will be over for Mouz in the group stage, NiP would practically seal the promotion with a victory. In the evening match, ENCE and Vitality, two direct competitors for a place in the playoffs, will meet. Excitement is therefore guaranteed on the fourth matchday of Group B!
Groups C & D
The upcoming two groups will also provide the spectators with great duels. While Natus Vincere is the clear favorite in Group C and the promotion places with Gambit and FURIA should be practically fixed, Group D provides a lot of excitement. With Astralis, Liquid, Virtus.Pro, Evil Geniuses and fnatic, numerous top teams will compete against each other. It is going to be interesting to see who will qualify for the playoffs in this group.
