Deadlock Beta - Content Sharing

When opening the game there is a notification saying "Deadlock is still early in development, with a lot of temporary art and experimental gameplay. Do not share anything about the game with anyone." Although there is already quite some content out there, we will respect that note by Valve and not share any content or pictures of the game with you.

All we are going to say is that the game feels great and like a cool addition to the valve universe. We will follow up our reports once the game is officially released in terms of game content.

How to gain access to the Deadlock Beta?

The access to the Deadlock beta is currently strictly based on invitations. In a first step you had to invite friends via Email, now you can simply click on "Invite Friends" on the bottom of the game and select Steam friends that you would like to invite. They will then get a notification about the invite directly in Steam. With that to get an invite you need to find a friend who is already in the beta and ask him or her to invite you as well!

Deadlock Beta player numbers

According to steamdb.info Deadlock already has close to 20.000 players per month as of August 2024! The game could be one of the next big hits for valve and attract new players to the platform.

Conclusion

All in all, the game feels like a combination of many different key features that work really well in other games and is fun and catchy to play! We would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on the Deadlock Beta. Feel free to follow us on Twitter for that.
