Three teams will qualify for the IEM Summer
A total of 12 teams took part in the tournament, three of which qualified for the IEM Summer 2021. In the first stage, which was held as a single elimination, Movistar Riders, OG, FunPlus Phoenix and mousesports secured the advancement. Yesterday evening OG and Movistar Riders already secured the first victories in the second round. FURIA had to admit defeat surprisingly.

Game 1: BIG vs. FunPlus Phoenix
In the first match of today BIG and FunPlus Phoenix will meet. While the German top team won the FunSpark ULTI against ExtraSalt yesterday, FunPlus Phoenix recently signed emi as their new IGL. BIG is the relatively clear favorite in this duel, FPX managed to qualify yesterday against SKADE for the rest of the tournament.

Game 3: FURIA vs. FaZe
In the lower-bracket match between FURIA and FaZe, the two top teams are already playing for elimination. While the Brazilians lost yesterday more than disappointingly against Movistar Riders, FaZe had to admit defeat in the duel with OG. In view of the odds, however, FURIA is the favorite in this clash. The spectators can expect an exciting duel between two top teams, which are still looking for their best form.
Game 4: Movistar Riders vs. OG
In the upper-bracket semifinals the two winners of yesterday will meet. The winner of this duel will already qualify for the IEM Summer, while the loser will enter the lower-bracket. OG could convince with a great performance against FaZe yesterday and is also the clear favorite in this duel.
