IEM Major: Rio 2022
The CS:GO Major in Rio will start today with the Challenger Stage and multiple bo1 games. We are bound to see some cool souvenir skins right around the corner and are excited to see who will take the victory in Rio and be the next CS:GO Major champion.
On the 21st of October CS:GO released the long-awaited Major update, including the new stickers for Rio, the Viewer Pass as well as new and unique storage units. Check out our full article regarding the update: Rio Major update
Let's continue with cases and their market changes: Most of the CS:GO market has increased in price by ~15-21% during the last month! Only the high tiers are not really on this level of inflation. Is it a bubble? Is it the Major hype? Prices have been going up steadily for the last couple of months. Especially low to mid-tier items have seen a big price increase.
Operation Broken Fang Case
The Operation Broken Fang case has seen an increase in its price since September of around ~21%! The Broken Fang case is the only one of the last recent operations to hit the USD 2 threshold. The Printstream and the M4A1-S meta only helped this case rise to popularity and also the current price.
Krakow 2017 Challenger capsule
The Krakow 2017 capsules have seen a really big increase since the start of last month! With that we are happy to feature them in our Market Recap article for October.
While the Krakow 2017 Challengers capsule started off with around 30 USD at the beginning of September, it has now reached a high of around 66 USD!
This is an increase of almost 120%, just since last month! The Krakow 2017 Gold stickers are some of the most sought after gold stickers in the entirety of CS:GO!
Krakow 2017 Legends capsule
The Legends capsule on the other hand has increased by “only” around 73%!
This seems little in comparison to the Challenger capsule, but it is still a very strong increase. We are excited to see what will happen with Krakow gold crafts from now on. Time will tell!
#1 lowest float StatTrak AK-47 | Vulcan 0.00009
Beloved @SparklesCSGOYT did it again! He keeps on surprising with the crazy odd float trade-ups that he hits! His new achievement is the #4 overall float AK-47 Vulcan which happens to be the #1 for StatTrak! It is always fun to watch him go for some crazy trade-ups to hunt for unique and special floats or skins.
Prodigy’s 2x EMS Katowice 2014 Legends opening
The popular streamer @ProdigyDDK has opened a Team LDLC.com (Holo) | Katowice 2014 sticker in his first capsule. A really crazy unboxing with a price tag of around USD 20.270! It has been a while since a high-tier sticker got unboxed from a Katowice 2014 capsule.
His second unboxing has turned out to be THE DREAM! He got the magnum opus of CS:GO stickers. The one to rule them all: the Titan (Holo) | Katowice 2014. The Titan is priced at around USD 40.000! Congratulations to Prodigy for this crazy unboxing.
Ohnepixel’s EMS Katowice 2014 Legends opening
A tale as old as time. Opening the expensive Katowice Legends capsule to hunt for an expensive Titan Holo, but getting a NIP Paper. @ohnePixel sadly made that experience for himself, opening a NiP Paper, worth ~USD 300, and directly had an idea in mind of applying it, more on that shortly. 
Mecha industries w/ 1x Complexity paper (bobby)
This craft was made by @DallasBobby1. The most beloved cowboy in the CS:GO Twitter community. This craft had a price point of around USD 280!
It looks like it could have been crafted in 2014, granted if the Deagle skin existed back then. The color scheme fits really well and the sticker compliments the gun in a great way.
AWP | Lightning Strike w/ 1x NIP Paper
As already teased in this article @ohnePixel did not waste a lot of time keeping the NIP sticker that he unboxed. He applied it to his #1 float AWP | Lightning Strike 0.0000062.
Gungnir w/ 4x NBK Gold Krakow 2017
This very cool Gungnir was made by an unknown crafter. The craft costs around 2.400 USD and we really love how the Gold stickers look on the Gungnir. It makes this expensive and exclusive craft just a little bit more special.
USP-S | Printstream w/ 4x Harp of War Holos
A Chinese collector with the name of @MitaoCatCS thought of another insane craft! This sexy Printstream with a price tag of around 2.120 USD for the craft is a great fit. The Pearlescent effect and the Holo from this sticker match particularly well! We have a soft spot for crafts like this. The old on the new, is truly outstanding!
