Table of Content

North American Contenders

  • Complexity Gaming
  • Team Liquid
  • FURIA Esports
  • Bad News Bears
  • Party Astronauts
  • Evil Geniuses
  • paIN Gaming
  • Team oNe Esports

North American sides like Liquid, Complexity, EG, and Furia are sure to garner a majority of the attention in this event, as expectations are high for these squads. Furia specifically is one of the favorites to win the entire event, coming off a 5-8th place finish at the 2021 Stockholm Major, allowing them to bypass the RMR Qualifiers.

Liquid, Complexity, and EG have a lot to prove, as they’re still newer rosters, but are filled with top players who have fallen from the top of the game. Other hopeful teams like Bad News Bears, Party Astronauts, and Pain Gaming, are to be kept a close watch on, as they’re all capable of being dark horses in this event, with the ability to upset any of the teams here.

South American Contender

  • Case Esports
  • Imperial Esports
  • 00Nation
  • 9z Team
  • MIBR
  • São Caetano Esports
  • Isurus
  • Leviatán

South American sides MIBR, 00Nation, and the last dance squad Imperial Esports are sure to make a splash, as they have in the past with their talented squads. Case Esports, are a relatively unknown team to outsiders, however, have shown potential with their first-place finish in the RMR qualifier, besting teams like 00Nation, and Imperial Esports to get that top spot.

The South American Teams may not seem as competitive as the North Americans, but don’t underestimate them, these squads are all talented, with newer and older players filling out these teams, anything can happen.
