Keith "NAF" Markovic was born on 24.11.1997 in Canada and has been a professional CS:GO player since 2012. After being a member of numerous teams, he has been under contract with Liquid since 2018. In mid-2020, the current 23-year-old (as of 2020) has fulfilled his dream of owning a Nissan GTR. His life partner is from Germany and her name is Bianca Isadora. His nickname is "Nasty NAF" and NAF-FLY is his alternative acronym.

Keith has, alongside his perfomances, always been known for his special affinity to skins for years. The Canadian has had a wide variety of rare items in his inventory.

NAF - Career

The Canadian started his career at the American organization mouseSpaz in December 2012. Over the next two years, Keith swapped teams four times, ending up with Team Liquid in early 2015, who bought out the lineup of his previous organization, Denial eSports. However, just three months after signing, he was sorted out of the active lineup and EliGE was signed as his replacement. Keith played six tournaments at Liquid before deciding to accept an offer from Luminosity Gaming about two months later (May 11, 2015). This transfer was also not marked by success and Keith was replaced by Devilwalk after a short time.

The first two longer stays of his professional career the Canadian had at OpTic Gaming and Renegades. At the American organization OpTic, NAF participated in ESL One: Cologne 2016 and thus his first major. Through the intermediate station Renegades, the Canadian was again signed by Liquid and has performed well at this time. The renewed commitment took place on 05.02.2018 and thus just after his third Major participation at the ELEAGUE Major: Bosten.

With EliGE, who replaced him back then, NAF plays together until today and could already celebrate numerous tournament successes. (As of Dec. 2020) More on that in a moment.

NAF - Achievements

NAF-FLY celebrated his first notable tournament success at OpTic Gaming. He and his team defeated Astralis 2-1 in the ELEAGUE Season 2 finals, earning his first S-Tier tournament win and, together with his team, $400,000 in prize money. During this time with OpTic and Renegades, the Canadian had three Major appearances to his name, each of those being little successful.

The run of success began with Liquid in 2018, where NAF won his first tournaments together with his colleagues and, as a highlight, recorded a third place at the FACEIT Major: London 2018. Keith had the most successful period of his career so far in the first half of 2019, when Liquid dominated the world's top teams, earning a whopping nine tournament victories and around $1.8 million in prize money. Of particular note was the success at the Intel Grand Slam Season 2, which accounted for the bulk of the prize money with around USD 1 million in winnings.

In total, NAF-FLY has already competed in six major tournaments and is one of the most successful players in the NA region. With the exception of a major triumph, the current 23-year-old has won almost everything possible. His total prize money earnings are estimated at around USD 1 million.
