Florian "syrsoN" Rische is a German CS:GO player and was born on 19.04.1996. The current 24-year-old is under contract with the BIG Clan and his role is the main-AWP. In 2020 Florian succeeded together with his team in reaching the top of the world and additionally as the first German player the entry into the HLTV Top-20 Ranking.
SyrsoN already started his active career in 2012 and played in different German teams for a long time before he switched to BIG Clan at the beginning of 2020. With his new teammates around IGL tabseN he won numerous tournaments in his first year with the new organization and also played on an enormously high level individually.
Florian uses his social media quite actively. While he regularly provides updates on everything CS:GO relevant on his Twitter account, he provides his approximately 10,000 subscribers with mostly private photos on Instagram, including pictures together with his girlfriend Luisa. Unlike most of his colleagues, syrsoN also uses Facebook quite actively and regularly posts new content. He uses his Twitch channel with around 4000 followers very irregularly and rarely.
syrsoN - Career
SyrsoN started his career in 2012, playing in a Counter-Strike: Source team for a few months before starting his CS:GO career with Team gamed!de on Aug. 10, 2012. Florian spent about three months each with the teams logiX e.V., Wild 4 Sports, MTF.Gaming and BLUEJAYS in the following two years.
On Dec. 17, 2014, syrsoN signed with ALTERNATE aTTaX, a traditional German organization, but about four months later he transferred to Planetkey Dynamics, where he played together with enkay J, Tixo, r0bs3n and J0hnny. However, the team broke up in early 2016 and syrsoN moved back to ALTERNATE aTTaX, where he replaced stfN.
For about 1 ½ more years, Florian played in the active lineup before announcing in late 2018 that he would not renew his expiring contract with the organization and shortly afterwards announced his move to Sprout. With the German organisation, syrsoN played in numerous A-tier events and reached several second-place finishes. In the winter of 2019, shortly before he and k1to switched to BIG, the team won the ESL Championship.
On 01.01.2020, the organizational change was announced and would made his CS:GO career take another 180° turn. With his new team BIG Clan, he won a total of six top events in 2020 and reached the first place of the HLTV ranking in the middle of the year. His individual form got better and better and Florian is meanwhile one of the best AWPs worldwide.
syrsoN - Achievements
SyrsoN participated in his first S-Tier event in 2016 and with ALTERNATE aTTaX. Together with his teammates, the German competed at ELEAGUE Season 2 and finished 13-16th. Florian has not yet participated in a CS:GO Major and will not get the chance until the end of 2021 at the earliest. SyrsoN achieved his first notable success in 2016 at the eSports World Convention.
During his time at Sprout, the German already participated in numerous Tier-A tournaments, but the final breakthrough came in 2020 and with his move to the BIG Clan. With the two new signings, the team became stronger and stronger at the beginning of the year and gradually developed into a title contender.
After wins at HomeSweetHome week one and two, a success at DreamHack Masters Spring Europa in the final match with G2 was the first really big tournament success and at the same time his first triumph at an S-Tier event. Victories at cs_summit 6 and DreamHack Open Summer were to follow.
Besides the incredible team successes, which he could celebrate with BIG Clan in 2020, his great individual performance was rewarded with a 10th place in the HLTV Ranking. Thus Florian wrote history, he is the first German ever, that made it into this prestigious ranking.
