Kenny "kennyS" Schrub was born on 19.05.1995 and his role in the team is main-AWP. The Frenchman played in numerous top teams and started his career in 2012 with Team eXtensive!

The current 25-year-old (as of Dec.2020) was named best sniper of the year three years in a row and is one of the best players of all time both nationally and internationally.

Like most pros in the CS:GO scene, kennyS uses Twitter very actively, while he is more sporadic on Facebook and Instagram. Kenny also rarely uses his Twitch channel with around 350,000 followers.

Kenny's girlfriend Paula Joana supports him on his way and is a passionate streamer as well as a model. It is uncertain how long the two have been together, but they posted their first picture together in mid-2019.

kennyS - Career

As already mentioned above, kennyS started his career in 2012. With his second organisation VeryGames, he first played in a Counter-Strike: Source team for about four months and then competed in his first CS:GO tournaments. In the next two years, several team changes followed. The most well-known names of these were Team LDLC.com and Clan Mystic. In 2014, Kenny moved to Titan eSports.

After a little more than a year without any notable successes, Kenny and Titan parted ways. At that time, the French organisation agreed on a player swap with EnVyUs. While kennyS and apEX left the team, shox and SmithZz joined. The time with EnVyUs started sensational. About a month after the new signings, the team was able to finish second at the major, the ESL One: Cologne 2015, and win the DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca just a short time later. This success marks the first and only Major triumph for kennyS to date.

After around 1 ½ years with EnVyUs, in which the victory at the Major remained the greatest success, G2 signed the entire lineup in 2017. While kennyS, NBK- and apEX formed the new lineup together with the two established players shox and bodyy, SmithZz became the team's coach and enkay J was converted into the new "head analyst". The aim of G2 at that time was to create the new French "super team". On 03/04/2021 kennyS was gebenched at G2 and replaced by JaCkz in the active lineup.

kennyS - Achievements

Kenny is a veteran of the scene and has long been considered the best awp in the world. A total of six MVP awards at major tournaments and top-15 rankings at the HLTV ranking from 2013-2017 underlines this statement. To this day, kennyS is on an absolute world-class team with G2 and hungry to celebrate more titles and tournament achievements. In the following paragraph, we look back at Kenny Schrub's development and review his achievements to date.

While Kenny already took part in his first S-Tier tournament in 2012, he had to wait about two years for his first success in a Tier-1 event. He achieved it together with Titan at the DreamHack Invitational II. In total, kennyS took part in 14 major tournaments and has been an integral part of the CS:GO scene for many years. The biggest success of his career in terms of prize money was during his time with EnVyUs, where he and his team won 800,000 USD in prize money at the World Electronic Sports Games 2016.

During his time with G2 , the Frenchman achieved a total of four major tournament successes, although the majority of these were back in 2017 and therefore quite some time ago.
