Founded in America in 2003, Complexity is one of the oldest and largest esports organizations in the world. Jason Lake, CEO of the prestigious and historic franchise, has made himself into one of the biggest personalities in esports with his constant outreach to the community and love for the game. In addition to its Counter-Strike Teams, whose history dates back to 2004, Complexity has teams in Fortnite, Apex Legends, FIFA, EA Madden, Magic: The Gathering Arena, Hearthstone, and Valorant.

Complexity - Archievments & price money
The most notable achievement in the franchise's history would be a 1st place finish at the BLAST Premier: Spring 2020 European Finals, where Complexity were represented by the EU-NA Mix of Americans Owen "oBo" Schlatter alongside fellow countryman William "RUSH" Wierzba, the two Danes in Benjamin "blameF" Bremer and Kristian "k0nfig" Wienecke, and up-and-coming Bulgarian AWPer Valentin "poizon" Vasilev. The team won each matchup, beating OG and NaVi in the first two rounds, both 2-1, before facing FaZe in the Upper Finals and sweeping the European squad 2-0, and finally beating Vitality in the Grand Finals 2-1, to win $335,000 and a spot in the Global Finals 2020.

Complexity have touted players from all over the world, however the general majority has been US players, and the most notable names have been swag, n0thing, Hiko, seang@res, autimatic, ptr, RUSH, blameF, k0nfig, jks, es3tag, coldzera, and now the prodigal squad of Justin "FaNg" Coakley, Ricky "floppy" Kemery, Michael "Grim" Wince, Paytyn "junior" Johnson, and Johnny "JT" Theodosiou.

Complexity - World-Ranking & current players
On January 18, 2022, Complexity announced they had signed the roster of the formerly Extra Salt squad, with the exception of oSee and MarkE, who went to Liquid and Free Agency respectively, and found former Liquid player Grim and former FURIA player junior to round out the lineup.
